I remember that Howard was a BC Transit driver in the 90's. He actually drove me home to Tsawwassen in the 602 Bus one evening. I noticed that he didn't have much patience for some people and he must have had a reputation at work because I mentioned him to a friend in the insurance claims department and she said " oh, you mean Howard the Duck!"
